How to sign in

Just two fields to fill in.

  1. Type your user name exactly as it was given to you (for example fido or reseller).
  2. Type your password slowly. If you are on a phone, double-check capitals.
  3. Press the big "Access account" button. That is the only button you need.

Testing accounts while you set things up:

  • Admin → user: fido · pass: fido
  • Reseller → user: reseller · pass: reseller123
  • User → user: user · pass: user123

You never need to pick roles here. Each e-mail/user is unique and already knows its role.

If you forget the password, call your installer/reseller. They can read the plain password for you.
